About account authentication notifications
Veracode sends email notifications when you activate and authenticate your Veracode Platform account.
This table lists the notifications that Veracode sends to activate or authenticate user accounts.

Activate your account. | Welcome to the Veracode Platform. Please save this email for reference.

Confirm change to your email address. | This email is to confirm that your email address has been changed for your Veracode account from old email address to new email address. Your Veracode account username has been changed to new email address. You will need to use this new username the next time you login. If this was done in error please contact Veracode Support immediately. |
Reset your password after you requested a reset. | A password reset request was made for your Veracode user account. Your password can only be reset by Veracode at this time. To reset your password, contact Veracode Support at [email protected] or 877-837-2203. If you did not make this request, contact Veracode Support immediately. |
Reset your password after administrator requested a reset. | An admin requested a password reset for your user account. If you cannot access your account, contact Veracode Support at [email protected] or 877-837-2203. |

Unlock your account after too many login attempts. | Your user account has been locked due to too many failed login attempts. If you are not able to unlock your account, you must contact Veracode Support using the contact information below. |
